1. Your results, in plain English

Jake (or Justin) walks through your diagnosis with you: what's working, what's costing you calls, and why.

2. Your business

What you do, where you work, and what kind of jobs you want more of. This is where the list above comes in handy.

3. An honest answer

If Jake can help, he'll tell you what that would look like and quote it based on what you actually need. If it's not a fit, he'll tell you that too. No pitch.
